He also manually fulfills orders as needed, prioritizing them based on the company’s evolving business needs. Alvarez is instrumental in performing ADHOC analyses to identify the root causes of fulfillment failures, and he communicates his findings to internal and external business partners to ensure effective resolution.

Beyond his professional role, Alvarez has a passion for real estate. He actively invests in properties and manages renovation projects for sale.
